Promoted by Shri K.A.Palaniappan and his three sons in 1985 at Tiruchirapalli, we started manufacturing metal articles for domestic & industrial kitchens, large canteens, worship places, government free schemes, etc.,.
By 1992, the business moved to Chennai, to become contract manufactures of original components of kitchen appliances for the leading brands of South India, namely, Butterfly, Premier, Prestige, Preethi, etc.,.
By 2000, the business ventured into contract manufacturing the finished kitchen hobs (LPG Stoves) to major brand owners. By 2008, the business ventured into national market, by setting up the plant near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh to leverage the tax holiday schemes by the central government.
Backed with more than 3 decades of manufacturing experience, customer friendly and ethical business policies, the promoters have immense confidence to get this business to the top line ranks nationally. The team has great appetite to take up challenging projects and deliver services on –time, every time and still be very competitive on pricing without compromising on quality and promises. Our beloved father is the visionary of our group. He is an avid reader, thinker, social server and also a sharp businessman. His business approach is always unique and very different from the usual. He believes in conservatism and frugality when it comes to business capital funds handling and has thought us the value of business ethics and sincerity on upholding to the commitments made to vendors and customers.
Annamalai Palaniappan (Managing Partner)
Annamalai, the eldest son of Shri.K.A.Palaniappan, with his sharp business and manufacturing mind is the real steel behind this business. He has earned a lot of respect from vendors and customers for his sincerity to the commitments that have been made. He has proved his mettle during the challenging times of the business with his very special virtue of being 100% committed to the trust and responsibilities bestowed by the customers and vendors on our business. His engineering skills and business ethics are the foundation of this business group.
Shanmuganathan Palaniappan (Group’s strategist)
Shanmuganathan, the second son of Shri.K.A.Palaniappan, is the strategist (Chanakya) of our business group. His strength lies in analysing situations and trends and steering the group on the safest path. Shan plunged into the family business immediately after his mechanical engineering graduation from the CEG, Anna University. After a decade in business, he added more colour to his profile by venturing into Information Technology industry as a technical expert of SAP software. Shan moved to USA and has been a platinum level software consultant to corporate and government organizations. He strongly believes on conservatism approach, when it comes to new ventures and a trusted analyzer of any game of business.
Keerthirajan Palaniappan (Group’s marketing specialist)
Keerthi, the third son of Shri. K.A.Palaniappan, is an energetic person, always ready for new challenges and never say die character. He adds in the extra zeal to the group. A mechanical engineering graduate from Annamalai University joined the business immediately after graduation. After a decade in business, he ventured into Information Technology industry as an SAP functional expert. He moved to USA and worked as free lance, platinum level consultant to fortune 100 businesses. His strength lies in sales & marketing. He is contagiously positive attitude person and motivates the group towards growth.
Ravikumar D (General Manager)
Ravi has more than 20 years of industrial management experience. He has brought in management stewardship to our group. Under him, the entire management team has flourished and has scaled up confidence to take up multi location operation projects which very essential to our contract manufacturing business. Ravi has the sharp management acumen to get things done. His contribution on management process adherence capability build-up is huge.
